Store Policy: Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

​At T&V OC Leatherworks, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our leather goods. To maintain the integrity of our inventory and keep our prices competitive, we adhere to a strict no refunds, returns, or exchanges policy.

​1. Final Sale

​All purchases of leather bags, wallets, belts, and related accessories offered by us are final. Once an item has left our premises (or has been shipped), it is no longer eligible for return or exchange for any reason, including "change of mind."

​2. Natural Characteristics of Leather

​Leather is a natural material. Please be aware that:

​Minor variations in color, grain, and texture are not defects.

​Natural markings such as scars, wrinkles, or insect bites are hallmarks of authentic, high-quality hide.

​Patina: Leather will darken and soften with use; this is an intended feature of the aging process.

​3. Order Accuracy & Inspection

​In-Store: We encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect their items before completing the purchase.

​Online: Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, and photos carefully. If you have questions about a specific grain or color, contact us before placing your order.

​4. Exceptions for Damaged Goods

​The only exception to this policy is if an item arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect (e.g., broken hardware or structural stitching failure) that was not disclosed at the time of purchase.

​Claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

​Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached. 

Personalized or monogrammed items are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances.
